Our approach is to employ a healthy – symbiotic – combination of environmental sustainability expertise and practical business experience, to help our clients develop sustainability strategies that can deliver improved bottom line profits as well as environmental, social, and company image benefits. 

We offer a wide variety of services, and we don’t use one-size-fits-all approaches.  We tailor your project to fit your specific need, whether that is a small initial pilot project or a comprehensive sustainability plan including implementation, measurement and reporting.  We can also work with you in phases, helping you take on what you are able to now, and addressing other phases in the future. 

Our commitment is to help you address your specific needs in the most workable way for you, and our agility often allows us to be more innovative than others in how we help you get the results you need. 

Our approach to working with you is based on these fundamentals:

• We then provide a proposal to confirm our mutual understanding and agreement of needs, expectations, and other key details.  Again, we do not offer one-size-fits-all approaches; we listen to you and tailor a recommendation to your specific needs, as large or small as they may be.   Upon mutual acceptance of the proposal, and the project agreement, we initiate the project.  


• Once the project is active, our commitment is to pursue completion to your full satisfaction in the most time- and resource-efficient way possible.  This is primarily to respect your vital time and resources, but also due to our commitment to “walk the walk” on sustainability and efficiency.  


• We believe very strongly in developing long-term, collaborative partnerships with our clients, and we seek to earn the opportunity to provide you ongoing, long-term business value. 


• We also believe strongly in “teaching others to fish” rather than just “giving them a fish.”  While we are happy to simply serve as an outside resource to help you complete a short-term project if that is your need, we feel the greatest value to you comes from our helping you integrate the new learning from your project into the core competencies of your organization.
